Beer League Legends ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile game developed for Android and iOS. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.
Information We Collect
Information collected automatically
- Anonymous identifiers: We use Firebase Authentication to create an anonymous user ID when you first open the app. This ID is not linked to your name, email, or any personal information.
- Analytics data: We use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as app opens, features used, and game events. This helps us improve the game experience.
- Crash reports: We use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs and diagnostic data to identify and fix bugs. These reports may include device type, operating system version, and app state at the time of the crash.
- Advertising data: We use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Information you provide
- Game data: Your team name, roster, game progress, and settings are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to Firebase Cloud Firestore for cloud save functionality.
- Purchase information: In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation that a purchase was made.

Data Storage and Security
Game data is stored locally on your device using shared preferences and optionally in Firebase Cloud Firestore. Data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We use Firebase's built-in security features to protect cloud-stored data.

Children's Privacy
Beer League Legends is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Your Choices
- Ads: You can purchase the "Remove Ads" option within the app to disable interstitial advertisements.
- Cloud saves: Cloud saving is optional. Your game data is always saved locally on your device.
- Data deletion: You can delete your local save data from within the app. To request deletion of cloud data, contact us at the email below.
- Analytics opt-out: You can limit ad tracking through your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Advertising on most devices).
Data Retention
Game data is retained as long as you use the app. If you uninstall the app, local data is deleted. Cloud data is retained until you request deletion. Analytics and crash data is retained according to Firebase's default retention policies (typically 14 months for Analytics, 90 days for Crashlytics).
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app or on this page. Changes are effective when posted.
